This shot is from a long line assignment in my portrait class. The purpose of the assignment is to study the lines and shape of the body and view their impact upon an image. The shape is a backwards 's' which is a classic feminine shape. You can follow the line from her head, to the top of her chest, to her waist, and then down her weight bearing leg.
